I was 300lbs (now 265) prior to doing p90x. I have seen alot of difference in every part of my body, but not so much in the chest. Im on week 9 of the program. Think im mostly concerned with the fat under my arm thats not changing much. Will the surgery get rid of that as well?

(Baltimore MD recommendations?)

Congrats on your weight loss.  I have had several patients do extremely well on P90X.

As for changes in your chest -- truth is, do not expect too much improvement.  The fat that is there may reduce a bit but you also have breast tissue, which does not respond to weight loss.

Best recommendation:  Continue with your weight loss regimen until you are at your best and most comfortable weight.  Then consult a gyne specialist to see what your options are for appropriate gyne surgery.Good luck!

Print out the Doctor's recommendation and post it where you will see it, preferably several times a day.
