I wonder if already having gynecomastia makes it even more likely for you to develop.

Let me use hair loss medications causing raised estrogen, as an example.  Like, if I get my gynecomastia removed as much as possible, then start Propecia fresh, there won't be a lot of receptors for Androgen, and maybe that was my problem because I had some degree of gynecomastia already when I started Propecia. OR I'm thinking of starting now on Arimidex and Propecia, and getting the surgery when I can.
