Just finished surgery with dr. Milan Doshi

Hey guys
Had surgery around 4 hours back. Still on the drip
Planning to go home in 2 hours.
Surgery was simple. Before I knew it I was asleep. Woke up for a while and fell asleep for 2 hours again later
Had a very dry throat because of the GA but had water after 3 hours
Staff here at allure med spa is very nice. They gave me tea and biscuits.
Bandages are still on. Will upload pics later
Anyone in Mumbai I would recommend dr Milan Doshi

couple of faqs that confused me before my surgery___
the surgery doesnt hurt
only ur throat does cause of the intubation with ga
pressure garments are very irritating on the first day but i think ill get used to it
there is no harm in going home the same day.. lot of ppl say you shud stay overnight in the hospital, yes it is safer but if u have someone with u u can manage..
my doctor told me to wear the vest 24hours for 2 weeks and then 10 hours a day for 2 weeks
drains r not required, although without it u will find the secretion of fluid for the first 24 hours quite a pain. but still feel its better than having a drain
there is not much pain later, although my doctor has put me on steroids for pain i am trying to work with normal pain killers.
there is no diet restriction after surgery..
there will always be swelling and soreness after surgery

Surgery was 65000 not including the pre op blood tests
Was discharged the same day.
Do not have any pre op pics. Will upload post op pics this eve

Having my doubts though now.
Severe unevenness after surgery.
Chest looks worse now that it did before

well.. it is better now.. fluid had collected on the right side which caused unevenness,, but that has reduced now..
soreness takes a month to go away (something my doctor never informed)
although there is too much scarring and compressed skin on the left nipple causing it to look extremely embarrasing.
but i hope within time it will become better

7 months later
scars are still noticeable but small
 but i feel great
back to normal life
although there is still uneveness in the right and left side which by now i no will not go away without a 2nd surgery
but i guess these things happen

not going to deny this surgery has changed my life.
no doubt about that

Problem - Slightly fatty chest & puffy nipples,
Expected Outcome - Flat chest & Nipples in shape without any visible Cut mark.

As my chest is not that much fatty as it is shown in majority of pics & video on website,
So i am concerned whether i will be getting desired outcome or not.
Plz reply soon as am planning soon for the surgery.

from the research three doctors are in my mind --

1. dr. Lokesh kumar
2. dr. J B Ratti
3. Dr. Milan doshi

Kindly suggest which one would be best for this,
and it should be economic too.
