op this week - can i drive???

Iv got my op at the end of this week and im gettin a bit anxious     hope it goes well.....!

Im due to get lipo only... and then a touch up later if required .

quick question -->  will i be ok to drive home the next day (around a 20 minute drive?)

I felt I could have.
But what if you have an accident on the way home? Maybe a taxi then?
