Hello doctor
Ive had a surgery 1 montha ago which included both
Lipo and excision
I had issues just with my puffy nipple and not the chest fat
But the doctor did the lipo too.
I feel after the surgery i hav lost some decent amount of
Muscle because i had good muscles on my chest which looks
Flat now..
And also if there is a muscle loss will i be able to
 Gain in back?

Muscle loss would not occur from liposuction or excision. If you lift weights there may be a  slight reduction in muscle mass from inactivity. If you resume lifting you should be able to restore the volume to your chest quickly.

Many bodybuilders feel like their chest has disappeared after the surgery.  This is related to decreased fullness that results from removal of the fat and gland, along with swelling in the area, which makes the lower chest seem flatter.  As the swelling resolves and you resume exercises in the gym, your chest should go on to look better than ever.
