Sup all?

Had my surgery 8/16 and feelin ok right about now, heres a lil background.

I lost 22 pounds this summer, doing intense cardio and lifting, and since August 2nd I have worked out very little, in fact probably only 3 days this month (august 2nd i had my wisdom teeth out!) and then i had my gyno surgery on the 16th...

The scale today said I've gained a pound or two since then, and it's really bugging me.  When is it possible for me to start running/lifting again?  I played wiffle ball the other day and I BLED EVERYWHERE!  It was gross!

Sounds like it might be an idea to diet instead of excersising

I agree. SInce you cannot exercise right now make sure to not take in too many calories.

Then, you can start eating more once you can exercise again.

The time off from exercising varies with the individual. Some people are back to full time exercise in 2 weeks.

I waited about 2 months.

Those who get excision-only can get back to it a lot sooner than those who have lipo or lipo+excision.

many people have great misconsceptions about losing weight/gaining weight.

cardio is superfulous for maintaing a weight if you mointor kclas.

kcals in, vs kcals out is what every single diet is based on.

if you consume less kcals than you expand... even if u lie still which is roughly 2000kcal a day for most people

you will lose weight.

Man dont go crazy over 2 pounds.  Ive been on a diet for about a month and half. Ive lost a solid 10 pounds so far. But, it yoyos occasionally which is normal. BTW, weigh yourself in the morning after your morning piss. Thats your real weight.
Had surgery with Dr. J.C. Fielding on August 2nd.
