just a quick question

a couple of months ago i quit one of my favorite past times and that would be smoking pot sense then my gland feels like it has broken up quit abit and seems to be almost completly gone but know theres like a bunch of little pebble sized balls is this fat and if it is can it be lost and how would i go about losing it if it is i all ready work out and have good tone in my chest but the bottom outside corners of my chest  are flabby think cable crossover mite help but am afraid to attempt infear it mite push it out more please help people thanx
