Yes, surgery will help. You are a young guy and are in great shape, but the puffy nipples and fullness behind the areolas is definite (but not terrible). You have enough glandular tissue present that surgery will make an obvious difference. As for the cost, I guess there's not much that can be done about that. It's better to find a plastic surgeon who does A LOT of gyne surgery than to find a surgeon who doesn't charge as much as others.

I've been in contact with a surgeon that seems to know what his doing when it comes to gynecomastia surgery. Where I live I can't seem to find any surgeon whos speciality is gyno.
My question is also. Will the skin tighten up after the surgery? The best result I would like to have is the same I get whenever I get cold or take a bath when my skin tightens up.
When that happens, my chest looks perfect. I would like my chest to look like that all the time not only when I'm "cold".
