ABWG's has it right

"I used to also shy away from girly bras. Now I don't car anymore.  I realized that there is nothing more feminine than wearing a bra or going for a bra fitting at a boutique. So a little lace or bows pink and lavender doesn't bother me anymore"

The flip side of this is to ask mfgs to design bras for men- as you can imagine, the cost for that would be a huge premium.  As it is now, with all the competation most of it for markets to women and what pleases them of course, some of the well made bras are still quite expensive.

Point again, if you need a bra, don't get hung up on it being made a bit to girly, stay focused on the comfort and fit for you, the rest isn't really important now is it!

If you look at those pics on page 2. I don't think mine looks to girly. :). It does hold my chest well.  Almost 0 bounce this morning.  It was odd feeling the impact in my shoulders rather than my chest..

The bra looks too big on you. The cup wrinkling is a sign of being too big. That can be just as noticeable as a strap adjuster to a perceptive eye.

Its behind a support pannel Theres 2 bras really an inner bra and the outer binding bra. Sorta like an sports bra on the outside.  So the inner bra basically separates and isolates.. Then the outer bra provides the adjustable support. I wanted the adjustable support. As the reviews said the B cup is really a C. I thought nah it cant be that big. haha yah it is. its almost border line D I measured a B cup. O well i used safety pins to take up the slack...It is a tight bra and it literally holds everything in place really well. I ran in it today and very very minimal bouncing to none while walking fast.. So its doing the job I bought it to do.. That is what I cared about..  Because of the outer pannel the bra is smooth so the wrinkles in the inner bra don't show on the outer bra. You just see it because the outer bra is mesh.  the pannel goes up high as designed.. But yes its a 44 band so i think the design is designed for bigger than D size. So its got extra fabric.. O well all that matters to me is it works and is comfortable. I dont wear it 24/7 I only ware it when I exercise.

I have a 38C Champion Sports bra that fits like that, still a squasher, but the inner lining has a wrinkle to it.  I don't wear it much, I have got to a point where if I just don't wear it I sell it off on eBay.  Oddly most stuff sells pretty well.

This one works as advertised. It works really well.  I just ran in it.. Now i walk and i have just been slowly adding to my speed. I ran in sprints during my walk. and they did not shake or really budge. And its is not squishing them. Its more supporting them that squish it was awesome.. The only issue is having a shirt over it kinda throws all the breating and cooling features out of the window.. LOL I also wear cycling shorts underneath my pants because I use to cycle to prevent chafing . I have been doing this since I started walking a month ago. HAHA imagine what would happen if I was running in just cycling shorts and the bra.. I think I would have the cops called on me although it would be much cooler temp wise. It gets hot in Georgia during the summer. and the humidity kills yah..  There were a couple of girls running around with just their sports par on and lyca pants.  O well better than the bouncing, mixed with pain, and so on.. So this is a ton better..

Half of the world's population wakes up and puts on a bra every day. We just happen to have to do the same.

Very well said!

A bra is just an article of clothing for people with breasts.

Update: Been working perfect.. I now have no problem going out in public walking with it..  I ware patterned lose shirts. except this morning where I wore a brown tshirt. you could barley make out the bumps on the straps but I don't care and it was like 5:30 am..Only thing with my wife is this is for excersize only..  Although personally I want to ware it while driving because of the bumps..

I've been wearing a bra daily for over 25 years. I now wear a 38G. But you know what? I wear a bra for my own comfort and support. I wear a bra for my own comfort and support. It doesn't matter to me if others are uncomfortable with it. I shop for my own and I am fitted with a bra that fits before I leave the store.  A bra is as much a need for me if not more of a need than most women. Once in a while I'll hear "nice rack" and I simply tell them "thank you".

Well it has been working well since I got it. I have been running with it. I did notice one problem or to big of a bounce if tight. The issues is I am losing to much weight. I sorta bought not really to big but not on the tight side. It was one size bigger than I measured. I have had to always have it as tight as it will go when excersizing..  I have now lost almost 25 pounds and am now around a 40-42 band..  I have a 44 bra currently..  I talked with my wife last night and she said that was expected and in a month or so I can get a new bra..

So the sports bras that are 42b are like 60+$. Note I do not want pull over or racer back.  I tried a racer back on and did not like it I read allot of reviews about moving comfort vero. However the size is maxed out in xl at 40 band size.  So my question is has any one tried bra band extenders? And if so what ones?

I don't think you want a band extender in a sports bra. You could try the 40 and go up a cup size and see if that fits you.

Well im losing weight my band  will just get smaller well i think.  My wife has some 38 and 40 band bras i tried fit.  They are just decently tight but i can ware them. You actualy want the band snug when running.  That is the reason for the new one because the current band is getting lose.  This is the one i read up on moving a cup size up wont help me with running... I need to fill the cup..  Here is the bra. movingcomfort.com/en_us/vero-ab-sports-bra/300510.html

What would be the problem with an extender?  It just uncomfortable?   Also would sky blue or black do better under shirts?  The white one is to expensive the black and blue is on sale at dicks sporting goods.

Bra extenders are made for lingerie bras. I've never seen an extender made for or suggested for a sports bra. Sports bras are meant to fit well, more so than some lingerie bras where the fit may not be the first reason for wearing it.

I think your weightloss progress is worth buying an intermediate bra till you can fit the one you are really interested in. But it's your body! Try the extender and tell us if it worked for you.

Well I got the bra new it fits me great. Cups are perfect support is perfict.. My wife is not to big of a fan because it lifts me a tad so they are noticeable. in shirts that my other bra was not. I came in after a walk and she said uhh you have boobs. LOL Duh... The band a bit snug but I have been waring it without extenders. I noticed the eye's looked a tad stretched and I dont want to rip them out. So I took my extender s I bought..  I only could get 2 eyelet ones in the spacing I needed. so I stacked them to make 3. Then I noticed the edges were sharp and caused itching. So I did what any good photographer does. Gaffers tape will fix everything. So all the edges now have tape on them along with thats how I joined them together. For those who dont know gaffers tape is used by filmakers and photographers for lights. Its easy to rip is cloth its flexible and comes off clean..Basically its the duct tape of photographers.

The one I got was the moving comfort vero.. It is also cool it does cross straps which gives me more support when running instead of walking.. :) Note to those who are late to the thread I bought a bra for running and my walking chest control..  The other bra is almost useless of excersizing now that the band is way to big.. The cups were big anways. This one fits great I have never had something fit them so well..
