Trouble finding credited surgeon in midwest

To whom may read my post.
Im looking for a trusted surgeon to fulfill my gynecomastia surgery, problem is, seems like all surgeons worth looking at reside along the county's coast. I live in Nebraska, and at this juncture am highly thinking about traveling for the surgery, even though not what I would be comfortable with. Is there any surgeons worth looking into close to home? And if I should travel whats the best way to go about it? Thank you for your time.
