Looks really goood, i notice you mentioned applying arnica before surgery? Is that the gel and did you just put in on the chest area? Sorry I am completely new to this.

arnica comes in tiny little tablets, I got mine from boots. I used to whole tubes of them, I think there was like 80 in each.

Hello everyone, today is exactly a year since surgery..
Everything has gone well recovery wise for me, still noticing my chest getting fuller in the dented areas from the lipo etc.

Sadly not lost as much body fat as I had planned but back on the diet train again! Really wanting to lose the flank area to the left and right of my chest, will make it look a lot better I believe.

Anyway... Here's a couple of photos, before and a year later.
Side view is my favourite, the difference is unreal!
