Congratulations on your 75 lb weight loss -- that represents 1/3 of your original weight.  You are now much healthier!

Weight loss, though, usually doesn't remove gyne.  True, your breasts are probably smaller because the fat component of the breasts has shrunken -- but the breast tissue remains albeit now more concentrated.  You may also have lax skin and nipples which may be positioned too low on your chest.

Gyne surgery after major weight loss is complicated ... and you may find that the costs are substantially more than your original quote so be prepared for that.

Would suggest you consult with a gyne expert in your area to get the lowdown on an uplift.
