ahh naka bili na q dun pre ehh...meron kaya yung parang sando xa..musta na pala pre recovery muh ako 1mnth and 4days post op ehh..

Ok naman im 3months postop na i gained weight kaya di ko maapreciate results, i still have swelling though pero everythins lookin good (i think?) lol can u post pics pare?

With the sando naman you can buy adidas techfit i had mine pero medium lang yung compression nya try mo sa underarmor

may post na q pre ng picture ko pre ng post operation ko...tingnan mu yung SALAMAT DOC BENNY HERBOSA ...malulula ka sa laki ng sakin dati pre..

ako 1month and 5days post op ako naglalaro na nga ko basketball ehh ok lang namn daw sabi ni doc..tapos nag gygym na din ako with benda talga na medyo mahigpit para suporta...ok namn medyo masakit lang sa bandang operative site pero sabi ni doc oks lang daw yun peklat daw yun ehh...nagkahematoma pala sayo pre??

ohh nakita ko yan ganda ng sayu pre kasi may muscles yung sking wala talagang form, medyo sedentary ehh. Di naman ako nagkahematoma fortunately di nga ako gumalaw galaw sa first 2 months ehh.. ngayong 3rd month ko na nagsisimula na akong mag circuit training tska plyo.. im wearing the binder during exercise kasi masakit lalo na pag tumatalon

mag bench press ka pre ng pakonti konti ..kahit ndi maxado mabigat tamang lang yung kaya lang ..tapos suport ako ang support ko ehh yung benda pa na binigay ni doc dati kasi mas mahigpit xa pero pag tapos tinatanggal ko tapos pinapalit ko yung parang tube na nabili ko..yun dapat pre inagahan mu din kahit panu pag gym para maganda..
