Hello, I will be getting revision surgery in about a month. The procedure will be only lipo, as I have no glandular problems. This is a different surgeon then my previous one due to my extreme displease with the first one. This surgeon will not be using any stitches after the surgery. Is this unheard of? Thanks in advance!

Sometimes surgeons use dissolving sutures under the skin (this is my standard approach) so that "no stitches" need to be removed.  Sometimes, if lipo only is being done, the small wound needed for the cannula entrance does not require a suture.

If only liposuction is being done through a very small incision than you might not need any sutures. I generally do use sutures but it can be surgeon preference. You will probably ooze a fair amount of drainage if sutures or glue is not used.
