Gyno surgery the way forward?

Hi

So, Ive attached a few photos
I went last year to Poland (from UK) and I had Vaser HD done on my Chest, the results were very good, but not quite how I wanted to appear still, so I went back to the same surgeon, who I cant fault and had chest done again under Vaser, and again my chest is better, but still not as flat as Id like

Ive attached an initial preop photo, and my current ones to show the difference, I am wondering if actual Gyno surgery maybe the way forward opposed to Vaser for my chest, as wherever else he did looks great hence going back to him 2nd time

I just want it goneafter hoping vaser lipo twice would help remove it all , i know its a mild case, but still i hate it none the less
