I read his site and also read his qualifications.. everything seems to be in order but the clincher would be if you could actually hear from someone who used his services.  
Unfortunately, when a person has had surgery and is happy with the result. (which is the usual situation) They frequently do not come back to the site.  We never hear from them again.  The only ones we do hear from are the few that are not happy with the results and they can be highly vocal.   So making contact with a patient who is happy is a rare event.  They quickly lose interest in our site.
