Hello, I am 72 hours post op, and so far I feel satisfied with the results. I seem to have a decent amount of bruising on my right side. I just want to make sure this appears ok and not a hematoma? The picture is attached,

It's really hard to tell from your photos. It looks like it's probably normal but the skin looks a little raw.  Check in with your surgeon and follow instructions.

It would be better if you posted a straight on view of your entire chest.

If a hematoma is present, you will see  swelling and bruising of the entire side of the chest -- it will be larger than the other side.  If you have localized bruising, then it is probably not a problem.
