there are many surgeons in Poland, why are Dr Kalecinski and Clark so popular?
are they the best? I saw some other surgeons have even cheaper price

Because they are the most well-known in terms of online presence and reviews. Dr Kalecinski for instance has a LOT of exposure from all the female cosmetic surgery he does, and some media exposure due to working with minor celebrities who aren't well-off enough to use the more expensive London-based ones.
