Disproportionate chest

I have undergone gyno surgery .the chest is not proportionate left one is pointed like female breast but right is ok not embarrassing .shall I 've to take up another round of surgery

It took about 3 to 4 months for my chest to settle.  Wait a least four months before make opinion.
