Hi my fellow members here,  Have you undergone this procedure using only local anesthesia?

One local doctor from my place said this wasnt possible for its pain is off the scale and the patient will just move endlessly while on the operating room.

Wanting to hear your experiences from this.

That doctor was absolutely right -- it is virtually impossible to perform gyne surgery (with mastopexy) under local anesthesia alone.

i had gland removal under local but it wasnt a sophisticated surgery. pain was a non issue. if i started to feel discomfort they just added more numbing agent to the area. there was once or twice were it stung but then i mentioned it and the dr. continued. i didnt have anything lifted or skin removed though
