i done gynecomastia surgery 6 months ago but i dont happy with the result.
my surgeon done only lipo but i think my gland is prominent.
how much time  i need to wait before other surgery?

In most cases, it is wise to wait at least six months or more after your initial surgery before considering a revision.  You should return to your surgeon to discuss what to do next.

It would also be worthwhile to secure a second opinion from another surgeon -- preferably an expert in gyne surgery.
