small pea size lump, towards sternum..

im 5.5 weeks post op, left side is looking ok, right side is meh. the nipple appears to have scar tissue, i was massaging and certains parts are going down but not completely. i did not a small pea size lump between my nipple and sternum which has give me some concern. it appears to have just shown up. anyway else get any similar lumps ?
I am worried to bring this up to my dr, but if i had a ultrasound done could it tell the difference between scar tissue and a lump in my breast tiss ue ?
i tried to massage it but it hurts.
