strange pain in sternum after gynecomastia surgery

Hello Everyone,

I had gynecomastia surgery 8 days ago. Today, throughout the day, I have been randomly experiencing this painful cramp on my sternum. Its fast, painful and it dissapears almost immediately. The best way to describe it is as if someone rubs my sternum with a sharp object then it goes away. Has anyone ever experienced anything like this after surgery?

I am sure it has to be related to the surgery since I have never felt this before.

P.S- My surgery was a success. I am very happy with the way I look. My surgeon did a great job! Took me four years to decide to do it. I would do it again today!
