Strange gynecomastia query

I am 22 year old male and I have puffy nipples since I was fourteen. I had flat nipples earlier but when I was in school I use to twist and pull them out  till they hurt. After one similar painful incident my nipples became swollen and I had gyno since then.

I know my gyno isn't due to hormonal or fat issue ! Please someone help me

I am a  healthy guy with 10% body fat percentage.


Is there any way to get rid of them without surgery?


I posted a similar topic earlier but I got same reply that it is due hormonal issue. But since then I have met a person with gyno who had similar experience. In this guys case his friends similar prank gave him gyno.
