3 weeks post op with pic

It' been 3 weeks since I had excursion on my gyno, And just had wraps removed yesterday, both sides are still a little bit swollen but I can already see good results and a big change, the scars are hardly noticeble now so in a few months I don' think you would notice them at all even close up looking for them.
Since the surgery apart from the 1st few days the pain has been very minimal and I had about 70% movement until I tried over stretching, now 3 weeks post op I have about 90% movement, I'm going to give it another week before I start any cardio or start playing golf again.
Still wanting 2 loose weight which will help the appearance of results. I went from 16.2 stone down to 14.7 stone before surgery but over the Xmas and new year I've went back up to 15.1 stone, so want to get below 14stone in next 8-10 weeks which will take me to around 3months post op.
Dr very happy with results but said I'm still swollen most so on my left side which I found a little strange as he removed a lot more gland from my right side but this can happen and nothing to worry about, he has told me to lightly message the area with my finger to help the healing .
My next post will be 3months post op and hope for finished results 
Any thoughts, feed back or suggstions will be more than welcome

Loos great! Sadly it has been about a year and a half for me and the scars are still present. But other than that I look great.

I agree with the others, you look much better, especially where Garyc6663 did the split screen and showed the before and after.  You should look at a before photo ever day, then you can really tell what a good job you had.  Want to give your doctor a plug, looks like the doctor deserves it.

Yeah, looking good bro! Did you had liposuction as well or just gland excision? Who was your doc?

No Lipo I only had glands removed, Dr Peter hodgkinson has done a good job and he's been bet helpfull Thought, I'm currently still loosing more weight so will post pics when I reach my goal and end results
