Hello,

I had gyno surgery 3 years ago, and had a revision surgery 6 months after that where the surgeon put fat in my chest.
Prior to my surgery, and after I healed, I lift weights 4-5 times a week. However, my chest still looks a bit deformed? I attached a pic. Does it look like I have a scar tether on my right pec? Do you guys think I need another revision surgery so my pec looks more sculpted?
My surgeon said my chest looks pretty good right now, and he doesn't want to risk making it worse with another surgery. What do you guys think? Is it just that I need to keep working out?

Any feedback is highly appreciated.

It is difficult to assess with only one photo.  However, your chest looks quite good.
