Swelling or contour issue?

Hi Docs/Community,

I had surgery almost 4 weeks ago and so far I am happy with my results. Ever since day 1, my right side (left in picture) seems to be more swollen under the nipple and towards my stomach. My left side is healing up great and I’m more than happy. Surgery was both lipo and excision.

I haven’t seen any change in my right side, so I’m wondering if this could be a contour problem, rather than swelling. It feels fairly firm and sometimes tender to touch, but its been the same size since day 1. Any advice would be much appreciated. Obviously, I appreciate I need to wait a few more weeks for the swelling to go down!

It could be swelling or residual tissue left behind. Too early to tell. Follow your surgeon's instructions for now.
