Couple of Questions.

Hi Guys,

I have a couple of questions.  Does anyone find when they drink alcohol that their chest feels like it swells a bit?  I'm sure when I have a drink my gyne becomes more prominent or feesl like it is more prominent?

Also, I have lumps not directly under the nipple but to the top and below the nipple.  Directly underneath the nipple is nothing, would this be causing the puffyness? and once surgery has removed the lumps and fat would my nipples still be puffy or go back to that 'cold weather look'

althought alcohol does elevate estrogen levels, it is not nearly that big of an impact.. nor an instantaneous thing .

alcohol is a high gi carb

carbs/glycogen carry 3x their weight in water with them.  topped with i believe most alcoholic beverages contain ton so fsodium ..

what u r seeing is regular old bloat... extra celluler water retention
