Pls help with my conditions

Hi , i am with this forum quite some times now. I hesitated for so long about the surgery and now I am just done consultation with Dr. Cruise. I tried to book consultation with other local surgeons but they are either not accepting consultation or fully booked until January. So Can anyone please check my pictures and see how bad is my condition? I think i have gynecosmatia but not sure how it is done. Dr. Cruise told me i will need to go through excision and lipo . I am wondering should i go ahead with Dr. Cruise or check with other local surgeon about the idea of my chest as well as surgery procedures. Thank you for your time everyone

I am an old man who has lived with this condition for a very long time.  Surgery was not a good option when I was young and bu the time it became a good option, I had different priorities.  So I cannot advise you.
What I do know is that you have picked a well qualified surgeon who has plenty of experience and no complaints.

I would have to second what Paa_Paw has said! Even though I'm a few years younger, at 60 I have lived with this since my teens and I have to echo exactly what he has said both about the condition and the doctor!

If your son has had the condition for two or more years and it does not seem to be disappeariing, then consider surgery -- and Dr. Cruise is a fine choice.

I agree with Dr. Jacobs. Dr. Cruise is a gynecomastia expert and does many of these procedures.

Hi so I am done surgery with Dr. Cruise . The surgery went great i think but i still want to wait more until it heals completely. My chest is really flat which is what i want but not really on the muscular look i think. I can improve it with working out hopefully. I am in second week post op now . I will update
