Post- op struggles in cold/aquatic conditions

Hello beautiful people

I had gyno surgery approx. 9 months ago now. During warm conditions the result couldn't be better, but when it gets cold or I'm in the pool or water (which is what I got it for), they shrivel up the way they used to pre-op. It legit looks like a cone sticking out 😂, none of the areola sits flat with the chest and I think it comes down to the areola still being stretched or loose. 

All the scar tissue is gone so I've got no idea whether there is anything under there or my anatomy just sucks.

Just wondering if anyone else has any experience like this or a professional could offer any advice.
