Adding Europe to the Local forums / Find a Surgeon

I'm from europe (Israel) and I'm looking for a surgeon, so maybe the admin could add europe to the local forums.

unfortunately you can't include the middle east as part of Europe because its "cool", i by context could claiM Canada part of south america because i have a love for Latin women!~
