What Grade is my Gyne?
Hi all

I have have had Gynecomastia since Puberty. I was just wondering what grade my 'moobs' are?

Would surgery help?

While I'm not comfortable putting a grade number here, I'd say you definitely have a severe case.  Surgery is the only way to get rid of them.  Or you could do what some of us do, and just accept that you have breasts.

I would call them boobs, not moobs, from the way they look.  You would look and feel great in a bra.
