Wearing this crop top in the beginning is a good solution. If your breasts grow bigger, your wife is already accustomed that you perhaps might change it with a regular bra.

I came from nothing in my 40s to a size 40 D and now wear on most days bras like this one.

A bra is just an article of clothing for people with breasts.

Thank you. 40D, wow.  I can't imagine me having that size. I started growing breasts in my early 40s. I am 48 now. Should I expect to have added growth ever so often?
I like what are you are thinking.  As she gets accustomed to me in this top she will be open to a regular bra later.  I need her support and her to be comfortable as well. 

I know I don't have to wear a bra.  I am small enough most people probably wouldn't notice, but I sure feel like they are noticeable without one.
