It's a bit easier for you Birdie since your intention is to present as the woman you are.  Most of us present as men, which creates some confusion if we are intent on showing off our endowment.  I've been experimenting with.a 42D brassiere of late, still a minimizing bra without padding or shaping, but it gives my breasts a bit more space to take their natural fullness.  Personally I love the look and feel of my breasts but I still wear an extra layer to conceal them.  This is quite a journey... loving our breasts but really not invited to share them with a world that seems disturbed about any gender bending possibilities... I think men with breasts do exactly that, regardless of how comfortable we may feel as men.  That is why this website is so important to all of us.  We can enjoy what nature has given us.

Yes, the balancing act. I have a feeling that most of us have come to accept our boobs and feel good about managing them with a bra. We may even truly enjoy having to wear a bra now. But I think most of us would rather not show that to the world. So we make at least a reasonable attempt to not show off bra straps too obviously and not have clothing that displays our breasts to the fullest. In public, I think it is true that slight outlines of our bra generally go under the radar as people do not expect to see a bra on a guy....although obvious breast development may create more attention towards us anyway.
If the bra fits, wear it.

Here’s a new bra I bought.  It’s a balconette with some lace and lightly padded.   Enough to stay cool, but padded enough to keep the nipples from popping out.  Probably good for all times of the year

Dude, Your spot on!. It sure is a reality check when you notice some tops are no longed feasible to be wearing in public anymore. I recently had to remove and replace several tops from my wardrobe because of that.
And the fact that I'm now wearing a bra all day, every day now. Everything just feels much more comfortable being in a bra than not.  And some of them give me some really noticeable projection. But those are the most comfortable one's to wear. Lol. So I have to manage my choices of what to wear over them when I'm out in public or around family and friends to stay under the radar.
I'm sure to some it's probably noticed at times.  Especially during warmer weather I will wear a slightly looser fitting T-shirt. Thankfully in all my searching I finally found some nice underwire front closure bras with the strap adjusters up front just above the cups. The tightest adjustment on the straps for my fit only sets the slide buckle at my collarbone.  One would have to look really hard to notice any printing of the bra through my shirt. Just a nice smooth contour. So most people don't take much to any notice if at all. That is as far as I can tell, Lol.

Hi Dude,
Definitely more projection that your other pics. A patterned shirt might be less revealing. Still, people can be amazingly dismissive. Hope everything went well. I understand wearing a bra can be more stressful than not.

  • When life gives you curves, Flaunt them! 🤗
I've had them since puberty,  so I'm used to them. Definitely not something that can be hidden.

Photo shows me sitting at the table at the day-centre.

It’s getting cooler here, so time to break out the flannels.
Tired of being uncomfortable so other people are comfortable.

Looking good there Traveler.  I have been enjoying mine more now also.  It does appear it may be a little snug on you and you may have to size up if you intend to button more.    I, not being as big as you have opted to keep a few buttons loose also and without shame let a little bra show if I moved or the wind took it open some.  cool enough for the shirt yet warm enough to need a few buttons loose.  As you say, Time to be comfortable even if it makes them uncomfortable.

Cooler weather in the morning allowed me to wear a turtleneck this morning, the soft cotton conforming to the voluptuousness of my breasts... certainly not as prominent as Traveler's but still more than a handful as they used to say about C cups.  I realize that not all cups are the same and if I played the sister sizing game and imagine the young women in my life, my 42C would actually be a 36DDD.  I did not have the good fortune to date a woman that well endowed.

But, as always, I wore a shirt over the turtleneck.  I doubt that anyone interpreted the round pockets at the front of that corduroy shirt as breasts, but I certainly know the truth and so do my cyber friends on this website... you've seen the evidence.

As a side note... it appears the MD who owns this website has decided to minimize his investment in hosting it... the site has become so slow that it is painful to use.  The information he wishes to convey is easily accessed on the front of the site, but the Forum is as slow as molasses in January.  I understand that our conversations about Acceptance really does little to support his plastic surgery practice.  Perhaps I need to focus my attention on We Wear Brassieres that Birdie brought to our attention some time ago.  I keep coming back here primarily because I've gotten to know folks here whom I enjoy chatting with... but breasts are breasts and brassieres are brassieres.  Love them both... nice to have an option.

Yesterday after posting the comment above I visited the website We Wear Brassieres and rambled about a bit.  I know some of the men here visit that site as well, no doubt following our friend Birdie who is as active there as she has been here.  She, of course, lives in a world unlike that most of us experience.  Such is the life of a person born with confusing genitalia.  The rest of us are simply men with a mix of hormones that means we have breasts rising from our chests.  Many of the men on that website love brassieres and breasts but sadly must rely on forms to fill out the cups of their brassieres.  Since my affection for brassieres predate the serious arrival of breasts I can relate to their desires but the fact I now have breasts does change the equation a bit.  I have no interest in "presenting" as a woman.  Yes, I'm very fond of my breasts and do enjoy how they look in this or that brassiere.  I'm also happy to talk about them.  But I don't visit crossdressing websites any longer and the thrill of those pursuing that world has diminished for me.  So I respect the choices of the men on that website but I feel a bit of a bystander rather than an enthusiast.

That said, I did put on a brassiere this morning and I DID take a photo that I will share on this thread I started years ago.  You've seen the brassiere before and you've seen the breasts before.  It may be my imagination, but it seems to me I'm filling out the cups of this rather sexy brassiere a bit more than in the past.  I'll never catch up with Traveler or Birdie but I do love what nature is giving me...
