Hi Jadzia,
welcome to the forum! You'll find many useful information here.

Why do you wear a bra only occasionally?
Most of us, who started wearing a bra, noticed that this is such comfortable that we wear bras daily. Just as most women do.
A bra is just an article of clothing for people with breasts.

Developing breasts as a teen was full of mental issues navigating the sea of ridicule at school that I "needed a bra".

Unexpectedly, once I did try a bra out of curiosity, I realized that I did fit a bra and that I actually like how it felt to wear one. It was one of those lightbulb moments when I confirmed to myself that I did have breasts and that breasts felt better held in a bra. Although I was not bold enough to publicly agree with the kids at school, I did realize that they were right in fitting and needing a bra.

From that point I was comfortable with having breasts if I could manage them properly with a bra, the problem of course was the social difficulties of a teen boy trying to wear a bra. Fortunately options improved after high school. I have always felt better wearing a bra  since and rarely think about it during the days activities as I wear one full time. It is just part of my clothing that I put on every day. By contrast, I would be very aware of the sensations of being braless.

So in conclusion, if you do feel better served by wearing a bra, then do so and just enjoy the benefits as so many with breasts in the world have found.
If the bra fits, wear it.

Welcome aboard Jadzia,

I'm glad you have read a lot and felt comfortable to join in on the conversation.  Development, acceptance and bra wearing isn't the same for everyone.  Continue reading and asking questions and you will find answers along with support and confidence.  Wearing a bra as a man is a decision only you can make and grow comfortable with.

Glad your here.

Welcome ♥️ Jadzia 🤗

I am so glad that you are here. Whether you are a man or a woman or just anyone who has breasts and in need of support. This group is remarkable.

I joined about 12 years ago. I was still presenting as male. About five years ago I transitioned to womanhood. I started wearing a bra when I was 12 and started wearing a bra full time when I was 16 years old. When I graduated high school I was a 36D. I'm a 36G/H now.

I wore a bra as a man for 30 years. It is ok to have the support comfort and shape that you deserve. A well fitted bra is an essential part of your wardrobe if you have breasts.

Welcome to the club 🤗♥️👭👙😘

❤️Sophie❤️
