Bob, I hope this makes you feel better.  I figure a little growth isn't a problem if the rest of my health and mind are better for it.

I haven't had a bilateral orchiectomy only one was taken.  The other was not dead, had other growths on it but left.  It's got blood flow but isn't doing much.

I must say I haven't felt this good mentally or emotionally in a long time.  Perhaps the uptick in E is what I needed.  That may have sparked the growth.

Like you, the bumps on my chest are the least of my worries if I'm healthy and feel good.

Thanks for the well wishes, Parity.

I am and have remained in very good spirits throughout this 4 year adventure.

I have no doubts about growing more, and the thought of going beyond a D cup is not troubling to me . I have softened my stance on camouflage, it  will be the point of diminishing returns.

The Duluth package has arrived today, I will go forth tomorrow and see what you all are talking about
Regards, Bob

It seems growth becomes less of a concern once it gets to a certain degree. Once I became a b cup I just didn’t care. My breasts were fuller but not displayed as feminine breasts in my opinion. As I have graduated from a b to believe to be C cup with my current bras no longer fitting. I simply quit caring.
I wear my racer back and pullovers now days as they provide comfort and support especially during growing pain periods. And I feel as much volume that’s been gained this past year it just isn’t a concern on the radar if they keep growing.
Maybe it’s the estrogen that my body seems to be attached to but my peace of mind with it is just that. At peace with it.

Tax…..m….

Labs look good but go to the blood sugar and let it be known if this was after an I Hop pancake and waffle breakfast.

I got branded as a diabetic with a glucose this high and I specifically asked if it was to be a fasting BS. Their response was no, so I ate before the test. All kinds of subsequent crap rolled down the highway after that.

In doing labs for the trends accuracy and consistency sake I conform to a certain recommended routine.
Labs are drawn before 10:00 AM and I personally go NPO. That is ‘ nothing by mouth’ . I also do not draw before 7:00 AM. This is true for hormonal panel draws. There’s a diurnal cycle that comes in to play here.

If they draw a Prolactin level, have them do a macroprolactin fraction, it’ll save a future draw if it comes back elevated.

Oh poo!  I had a blueberry muffin with extra sugar crystals on top with coffee and honey!!!

and yes it was non fasting and she said nothing.

Otherwise it looks like the Spiro is doing what it should.  %SPO2 is hovering between 93 and 95 but given I am measuring around 6300 feet ASL, its a meh....

bust size is defiantly going up now.  I was hovering around 48-1/2 to 49-1/2, and have been hitting almost consistently 50 inches in the past week. Alot of discomfort and pushing going on.

I was super excited to see 50 inches in three days.

Other changes including now a consistent 111 to 120 over 68-79   and a PR of ave. 78. I feel good.

Back today with alot of discomfort.  And I mean it is sore!   They are feeling like someone is pushing so hard against the outside, they feel like an expanding balloon.

I’m glad labs seem to indicate good news. Hope it continues to be in the trajectory of positive results and news. And hope overall you’re doing well.
The outside of my breasts have been ridiculously sore lately and often the left one particularly when I turn my neck increases the pain. Unsure if I pinched a nerve or if it’s indicative or other things. But hope yours calm down soon and comfort is ahead.

Taxmapper, I to was wondering how your doing.  It's been a week plus that you have been on this new medication.  Have things settled down for you?  Hope your doing better.

Dude,  Could be some growth as well as a stiff neck and mussels.  I hope things calm down for you as well.

Thank you. I don’t think it’s stiff neck mobility there is fine and no pain just certain movements somehow hit something that runs to the left breast idk.

Hope tax is dojng good. I hate when doctors gotta hit and miss trial and error with medications. I get it. Just don’t like it and hope whatever’s being tried is doing the job for him

OK... Had the talk with the Endo this am.
1: She's younger and is more open to discussion rather than "its in my head" or its a crisis thing.
2: Ordered up labs on full hormone spectral. Including estrogen, estradiol, new testosterone and other androgen tests, full Prolactin test, etc.
3: May finally be able to get a Chromosome check. karyotype and phenotype would be nice but depends on the insurance.
4: Set me up for imaging. ultrasound at first, poss. full mammogram later.
5: Felt thyroid and then breasts. my right side is somewhat larger than my left. Regardless she could feel the glands and that they seem full.
6; Thought at first it was odd about the gyne and spirono, but given that my headaches are gone... you aint taking it away!

I also told her of all the other aspects including the orchiopexy and eventual otectomy. Not a main concern and test will show what's up.
Told her about my many physiological low-anti androgyn characteristics, etc.

But needs a base line to start..

Now the kicker..

I wont be able to see her again until OCTOBER!!!!
