Yes of course! Torrid is known for their diversity standards. Upon hiring they ask if the applicant will have a problem with fitting men into bras.
If by case you are refused call customer service immediately.

Snug band measures at 44", I also pull a snug bust measurement as I have a lot of side boob measuring in it 52". That placed me at an FF UK cup (starting point).
Best fitting bra I could find is a F cup.

F cup 'fruit equivalent' is the size of a grapefruit. That's just about right.

Being right at 44" in band means that my bras as they stretch don't fit right quite rapidly (I'm on the last row of hooks already). I'm going to try a 42 inch this weekend to see if I can make it fit. Perhaps a t-shirt bra because they have more stretch.

This morning's bra I pinched off a half of an inch of fabric under each arm and hemmed it on my sewing machine. That took 1" off the band. It's a perfect fit on the last row of hooks, so it will last for awhile.

On Saturday I came home with a brand new underwire balconette 42 F bra from Torrid. It was my very first balconette in this size and my first balconette in a long time. Here is my review.

My band measures exactly at a 42 inch, and this balconette bra fits rather snug almost a bit too snug. So if it's a little tighter than it should but not bad. The F cups are perfect fit that spread the boobs out a little bit flatter than my other bras creating more cleavage, after all it is a balconette. It also produces less protrusion as the boobs are flattened out almost like minimizer bra.

It is very comfortable and provides optimal support. I could play tennis in a bra like this.

I highly recommend this bra, especially if you're in an active lifestyle it's a provides much more support than my other bras.

All?  Well, I’ve been treated kindly and respectfully at 4 area Torrid stores.  Also Soma (fav), VS, and Dillards.  I find it generally goes better if they are not busy - you get a bit more attention.

I’ve only had two real bad experiences - both at Von Maur.  First one would not let me in the fitting room in the lingerie department and marched me across the store, bras in the SA’s hands to the men’s fitting rooms after calling the department to announce my arrival!!!  This was super uncomfortable.  Second experience (different store) the SA got all flustered, suggesting I might find a tight shirt in men’s department and basically was not interested at all in helping me “I’m not sure we can do that.  Let make some phone calls!”  I left while she was on the phone.
