I have re registered after a few years away from the forum.
One of the first to stir things up by being rather open about  the "Beyond Gyno"  issues. Got quite a lot of hassle at the time!!
It is great to seexa few " old timers" still around and gratifying to see so many newbies so freely discussing so many issues that have been ignored for far too long.
Long story short,
Apart from negotiating my way through a tough Boys  Grammar School., my life has been quite female dominated from  earliest play with my dolls  and a a career in Medical  ultrasound specialising in OBS and Gyne.

I eventually consulted my GP  with gynecomastia aged 65. I was advised to wear a bra and warned that bodily shape shape and fat distribution were likely to change to the extent that women's clothing might fit better in future years.
Once I got over the bra wearing bit.....it solved a pain problem but didn't do anything to disguise the very obvious....the journey has all been one way.
Now in my 80th year my wardrobe is 99% from across the aisle.
Bras, panties, tights, dresses, skirts, feminine night attire....... Etc, are  are the normal order of the day along with headscarves (I'm bald),  necklaces, earrings in double self  pierced ears.
56 years married with a wonderful wife giving breasts alot of play...

My latest joy is experimenting with makeup..... Any one else into it?
I started with lip care.. lipstick is far better and longer lasting.
Face serum, primer, and foundation have done wonders for my skin, much better than any male product.

Anyway that is enough for now. Glad to be back. This time round I will probably be more of a silent member.
I am Shirley to my friends ❤️

Welcome back Shirley!

The site has a mind of its own, taking on a "beyond" stance then just as quickly falling back to bras and support only.

I try to go with the flow anymore,  but I'm with you on the better cosmetics in the women's section.

The same estrogen balances that cause gyno cause much more than just breasts. Some of us have had breasts since puberty as well. At least one of us falls under the intersex umbrella as well.

I know at least a few have followed me over to another site as well. Where we talk about how much we love wearing bras, and etc...

We sincerely miss Sophie,  on both sites. Her input was invaluable from the gynecomastia to transitioning standpoint.

Most already know my story. AMAB/intersex presenting as a woman. Boobs since puberty along with the wide hips.

We haven't comply abandoned the "beyond" theme.  All you have to do is visit the thread following this one...

Things I Never Thought

Many among us play at the edge or have crossed the edge... perhaps not as far as you and Shirley.  And no one has gone as far as Sophie though I imagine if Shirley had had an earlier start, with a loving wife she may have taken that path as well.  But everything you say about estrogen, that you once called "the estrogen highway" is absolutely true.  She is having her way with all of us to a greater or lesser extent.  With a body like a lineman on the football field, I was never going to be other than who I am... a man who loves his breasts and is thrilled to put on a brassiere and fondle himself.  If that is considered a kink, so be it.

Welcome Shirley.  I'm not certain I can identify you from your earlier incarnation but I've only been active here for around four years; perhaps you were here earlier.  Regardless, you are welcome.  I happen to have blue eyes and long eyelashes.  Decades ago I played with eye makeup.  But I was unwilling to shave my beard so the whole thing was a bit unusual.  I never wore makeup when I was out and about, but the process was quite fun... Enjoy yourself.

What happened to Sophie ??

Come to think of her it’s been a while since I have read anything from her.

Long time ago (40 years) my girlfriend , who is now my wife, was looking into my eye and saw clouds reflected. She asked me if I would hold still for a while. She got her makeup kit & went to work on that eye. Followed up with a camera session. The picture was astounding to me; the clouds reflected on the cornea aside, it was the feminine eye looking at me that really shot into my mind. That picture was made into a print and framed & hung on our walls periodically for 40 years.

Guests would remark on it while visiting , it seemed to mesmerize them for a significant amount of time. She was always asked whose eye it was. Never revealing it was me. Small town & I was a medical practitioner (OR RN). People knew me. Coming to terms with gynecomastia & the necessity of having boobs big enough to fill a bra reminded me of that surreptitious behavior. More comfortable with the idea of a cat being out of the bag now. A result of zero T & an Estrogen patch? More than likely. Not to forget the whack I took from a Prolactin tumor. I don’t think I am  ‘playing at the edge’ but I would love to try both eyes and see people’s responses at a gathering.

Just a girl, what other site have you migrated to?  … if uncomfortable to say in the open then DM me. There was a turbulent teen time where I really liked the feel of feminine fabrics but grew spooked by my explorations. Now, I try to subtly to push a limit in that direction but remain on wife’s good side. It still interests me.

Would like to put a bit more Estrogen into play in my body but not wanting to upset the hormonal stability I have now. This MEN Syndrome is nothing to play around with. The hormonal roller coaster I rode for 2 years was nightmarish. The little I am given now gives me a wonderful feeling & sense of vibrant exuberance.

My wife says it’s a night to day difference from when I was on no replacement to now.

And Shirley welcome back & I am glad you broached this topic.
Regards, Bob

Thanks to the three of you for your welcome back.
How much I post remains to be seen.

re the "make up thing"
It doesn't have to be "full on" .
Serum and primer alone is usually transparent but boy (or girll!) does it make a difference in softening and smooting the skin and protecting protecting lips.
A Girl friend has been very helpful. Her daily routine takes her around 10 mins  and she advised that anything longer than that for everyday would probably indicate that you were probably straying into Glam evening or Drag look. She presumed that I didnt want to attract too close attention.

Men wear makeup all the time. The younger ones especially. And the people on the news from anchors to guests.......ha, they all have tons of make up on.
My chap stick even has a sheen and a slight color to it. I have allergies and get dark puffy circles under my eyes. I have make up to cover that to blend into the rest of my face.👍

Today it's light makeup,  normal bra, leggings over compression stockings, and HeyDude shoes. About as androgynous as I can go considering.

Just to keep the day-centre happy.

Nothing wrong with a little makeup!

To each their own, if you want makeup and skirts, go for it. If you don't, you don't have to.

is this side of the site going more fem?
Don't get over polarized by one thread; there has always been a spectrum of acceptance from basic acknowledgement of the need to wear a bra to embracing a more feminine side. Take what works for you and you can leave the rest. No need to create any divide.
If the bra fits, wear it.

Great way to look at it. While I have fun showing off my breasts and still manage to play them down for the public, I’m not in the least bit”fem”.
Tired of being uncomfortable so other people are comfortable.

In case you missed REALITY... it is estrogen that produces breasts on men who frequent this website, coupled with diminished testosterone.  In other words, we ARE becoming more feminine.  Many of us talk about the other changes to our bodies and our psyches... for example, feeling less aggression, or having smoother skin or less body hair.  It is not one size fits all, but estrogen does affect mood as well as bodies.  Some celebrate the shift, some simply note the changes without doing anything about it except, perhaps, putting on a brassiere.  I own no clothes designed for a woman's more curvaceous body, though my body has become more curvaceous as breasts have grown on my chest.  I present as a man but often I'm wearing a brassiere beneath my street clothes.  So you're safe bobb to be exactly as you wish to be.  I hope you'll offer others the same freedom to be who they choose to be.  This is a great group engaged in a sometimes surprising adventure.  We are fortunate to have one another's company.

Like I mentioned earlier,  "to each their own."

Take what you can from the site and ignore the rest.

All of us have breasts. The acceptance side of the site manages what we do to negotiate that out. The path one takes is quite personal in that aspect.

No one is trying to win anyone over to a single lifestyle.  We are just individuals having a respectful conversation.

I won't ask a single person on the site to wear a dress, nor should we expect backlash if some of us do.
