  • When life gives you curves, Flaunt them! 🤗
I lost 130 lbs. and went from a 54 D down to a 44 DDD or a 46 DD bra. Seems my breasts didn’t change size at all, just my band size went down, and cup size increased because of ‘sister sizing’. At a 54 D, it just looked like I was fat, not that I had boobs.
Granted, I graduated high school at about a C cup or 32″ 29″ 36″ and 128 lbs., so the boobs were always there to begin with. They just got hidden when I gained weight.
Bicycling and running in my 20s really brought my curves out as well.
My 50s unfortunately were weight gaining years that I am working to take off now in my 60s. Currently I measure 55″ 44″ 64″, so I have a long way to go still.

When life gives you curves,
flaunt them! 💃

I have the advantage of living in the foothills of the Sandias.  (Birdie, BTW I have some geo pics that you may just love!)

But I am keeping daily track of my BP, O2, weight, etc.  Also the girls.   This is telling me the growth is still moving upward, as my weight stays the same, the girls are growing.

That's great Tax. Always keep a close eye on your health because it can go south really fast.  You don't even notice it until it's too late.

Today's lunch packed is cilantro rice with veggies,  chicken thigh, and marinated onions.

I don't eat the food at the day-centre.

Breakfast was the same as lunch.

I get to do walking therapy this afternoon,  so I'll get out of the wheelchair.  Yay!

I need to climb on a weight loss train. Diet exercise whole deal.

I just struggle with ambition. I will get fired up about it when I can't act. Then when I could do something. I can't get myself to move.

I think its a brain problem. hah

Well, three laps walking today before my pulse rate got too high.  At least I got some walking in today.

They shut me down at a pulse rate of 120. I hit 129 today.

Next time I guess.

I can understand that if other helath items are there that 129 can be a bit high.

Mine usually hits around 130-135 peak before coming down.    And, now another reason to get one of those damn health watches. sigh.

I have a condition called SVT, and I was peaking in the 170s until the cardiologist put me on medication for it. I now hit the 120s to 130s, and sometimes for no reason whatsoever.  Just sitting watching TV.

I wear my smartwatch all the time to keep track of it.

I have worn an apple watch for over 4 years.  While it has helped me lose 70lbs and get in shape, it also keeps wanting me to go to the next level.  I am struggling to reach my current level.  My normal BPM is around 77.  When exercising, it can climb to 125.  When I was running, it was at 135.  Blood Pressure is around 123/62.  It also monitors O2 levels which are in the mid-90's.  I believe I am becoming a slave to this watch.  Better than social media.

Part of the reason I am also hesatant to getting one.   I could do other things, but Id turn off all the surveillance stuff and put it away when not being used.
