because then it shows how my nipples really should look like. I wish I could store up good nipple time by sitting in the cold, or touching em.... then when I am at the beach I could use my "good nipple supply".

Public showers offer a unique challenge... To use soothing hot water and expose my Gynecomastia in all it's glory, or to use freezing cold water and make them invisible to the naked eye...!

Well said. That is exactly what I have been advocationg. If we can only keep our attitude adjusted to a positive tone we will not run ourselves down and feel depressed.
