I work out a lot and i was wondering if i stop working out, will this help at all, like reduce the puffyness? I'd say i work out 5 days a week and take amino acids and protein shakes so im in pretty good shape. but will stopping help or keep it up?

that's quite strange, my doctor told me workout will make it worse because it pushes out the breast tissue more when new muscles develop... oh well, i guess everyone is different.

One  PS I went to see told me not to bench press because it would push the gland out. A breast surgeon I went to a  bit later said it wouldn'tand to work out for a year before considering surgery

I took the breast mans  advice on this and it didn't push the gland out and in fact weight training and weight loss has got rid of the boob effect and given me pecs. I think  the moral of the story is doctors don't understand  gyno too well yet...

have a look at my thread below, in the 1st pics i was dieting and lifting heavy weights, in the set of pics on pg3 i wasnt bothering much with diet or going to the gym. I think working out helps lift the chest and give it more muscle affect.
