ofcourse you got gyne... whether thats real gyne or pseudo (ie. fatty tissue), nothing but surgery is gonna correct a case like that- goodluck in your decisions!

You could help it a bit by burning fat but i dont think it wouldm solve the problem.

Fenix32: Where did you purchase the camera? How manys pixels does it have?   ha ha i am sure i have seen these pics in the camera section of ebay ..... only kidding....

It could def be a combo , from looking at the rest of your body you do seem to have excess fat....exercise and slimming down will help you  evaluate the situation better.
