Ok guys....7 month post op question

I had fat/gland excision 7 months ago or so.  For a while my nipples looked real flat, but the past few months they have been getting puffy again.  theyve stayed puffy and now on my left side i feel like a little moderate sized ball that hurts when i touch it underneath the nipple.  the left side is def. worse then my right.  i feel like theres still gland under there.  how long until it should be flat? its been since late may.

my guess is that their is either still left over gland which will need another operation to excise or worst case scenario you have regrowth which would mean seeing an endo to establish why that has happened.  Sorry to hear about your issues. Im in similar situation in that im not flat after my op either.

I am in the exact same boat as you.  I am 7 months post-op and i have a small pea sized ball under my right nipple.  I'm going to see my surgeon in about a week or two.

yeah its really bothering.  theyre still pretty puffy sometimes, other days not so puffy.  do certain foods or drinks cause this? i feel like when i drink milk they get puffy or something.  i go to the gym 5 days a week now and im not a string bean but im not fat either.  im pretty strong but these huge puffy nipples make me look like i have the worst bitch breasts.  i was so excited after that surgery.  my surgeon says itll keep going down, but is he feeding me BS??
