Three new 'Bandage Off' Post-Op pics. Click on the 'Pics' link in my Sig...

The bandage was causing some nasty itchies. So off it went. The two red marks that 'look' like incision marks is just a little bruising. There's also a bit of fluid build-up at the bottom of the breast. That, hopefully, will drain out eventually. I'm going to ask JCF about it at the follow-up.

Little bit of discomfort. Not so bad actually. Took only four T3's so far. Quite a bit of bruising and swelling eh. Looks worse than it acutally is.

On a scale of 1-10, I would say about 1, most of the time. About a 2 for about a minute or two, when I sit up from lying down. Then the pain/discomfort subsides.  :)

Now back to the Gym for some cardio work-outs... Another 30 lbs to shed.

Thanks Dude! :).

I'm anxious to see what the chest will look like after all the swelling goes down.

Back to the gym already.. WOW. I though you would have to wait a few weeks. What exactly did they do, lipo with excision or just lipo?

Well actually, not yet.  :-/   I'm going to talk to JCF about when I can get back to the Gym during my follow-up on Tuesday. Hopefully I can hit the treadmill at least. :)

JCF did Excision and Lipo.

Was just looking at my pics again. I hope it looks better when the swelling goes down. I hope that JCF did enough Lipo. :-/ :-/ :-/

Guess I've been on an emotional 'high' for the past few days and now I'm starting to 'come down'. Do I have reason to worry? I'm starting to get depressed now.  :-/

I wouldnt worry. It takes up to 6 months to see the final result they say. So I'd just take it easy.

Thanks for the reply vaio...

Yeah, Dr. Fielding told me that it may take up to a year to see final results. Still, it's so easy for those d@mn emotions to get in the way.  :-/ :-/ :-/

I think you look great.

Remember, you don't have to waltz around with your shirt off all the time. I know that if/when I get the surgery, I'm not going to all of a sudden run to the beach and start playing volleyball :)

Slap on some nice new clothes, and you'll look and feel like a million bucks.

Trust me, I've done alot of research in Psychology (and they even gave me a degree!) and the self that you see in the mirror is NOT the self that others see. We are our own worst critics.

Just remember that - everyone so far thinks you look great, so can we all be wrong?

Congrats dude, it looks great, and it's only been 4 days. In a couple of months you won't even remember you had the op.  ;)
