Choice of insurance

I have a choice of a few insurance companies.

I was told that if the doctor says that the problem is "bilateral tissue mass" you have a better chance of it being partially covered by the insurance company.  

My choice of insurance companies are:

1) Affinity Health

2) Fidelis

3) Health First

4) United Health Care

I was wondering which companies are the best to deal with and which you should stay away from.  

Also if you could tell me the best terminology to use that would also be helpful.
