I had surgery back in December.  My right nipple has a hard lump under it about size of a quarter.  tender to touch and does change shape after compression.  Could this still be swelling?? left size is almost normal but similiar lump but only size of 1cm.  Any help wou;ld be appreciated

I have tender hard lumps, about 2 and a half centimetres long horizontally and about 1cm long vertically on each side that are kind of noticable. I am about 20 days post op. I guess this would just be normal scar tissue? I had only excision done, no lipo.
