Plastic Surgeons in the North West

Im 18 and had puffy nipples since about 12-13. Its really starting to annoy me now. They go hard when its cold and i look fine. Really muscular normal mesomorph body. As soon as im relaxed they puff out and its really embarrasing. I go to the gym regularly 4-5 times per week. Im trying to bulk up but i can't risk adding fat as they will get worse.

Im fed up of trying to hide it all the time and i just want it to go away. I don't have big glands or anything just the puffyness when my shoulders hunch forward. Side on they stick out and it looks awful.

Im not fat either. Im 5"9 and 155lbs.

I want a surgeon in the North West of the Uk any reccomendations??
