hi mate, chest has completly healed now (4 weeks). maybe a slight bit of swelling but nothing noticable.

Theres a definate slight improvment but I would recommend to anyone to push for gland removal.

It's a bit gutting I have to wait 4 months for a revision.

You only have three months left ,mate . ;D

I have a month left, can't wait to get these puppies cut-out..lol.

The lipo has improved my confidence .When i was pre gyne i used to go to the gym alot...but once i got it, i couldn't see the point as no amount of exercise would remove them......but now they are a lot smaller and i know that soon i will be finaly gyne free....i am hitting the gym full on :) .

Dam right i'm excited, it's the only thing i'm looking to this half of the year, im due in about 14 days. going one day earlier for sight seeing !

Actually I did just email u with regards to compression vest, did u buy your own, or through clinic (80 Eur= £56) or other ie beg , borrow, steal !!!

After what I 've heard in the posts, i'm definitely gonna push for gland

Hi Mate, just emailed you.

I got my vest from the clinic....i don't think mine cost that much...but then again everything was cheaper at the clinic than what had been qouted :) .

Remember to take some english mags ( unless you can speak german or polish)...I think you should take a walk across the bridge to see what is in Frankfurt.....just to be nosey...lol.

Good luck mate, really pleased for yer .

Mark got ur mail , thanx,

As I mentioned in the mail, I have won £100 in the premium bonds which arrived this morning, which will take care of my flight, hotel and meal costs - which leaves me with the xtra money for excision and vest - Even though I had previously budgeted for all this and it was still in the £950 range - which wasn't pinching me that much.

Is it usual to be as excited as I am, as if it were an adventure of some sort, or should I be more apprehensive - It is an operation after all.  It's probably due to the fact that it's an op that I want , as opposed to being 'forced ' to have one as a result of an injury or illness. I hope that makes sense or i'm probably just blabbering - so i'll shut up.

Hi Guys,

I have just got back this evening from Sublice. Had my surgery on 16th.

I would like to Thank Mark for hunting this place out cause I wouldn't have found it on my own.

You must do as Mark says and take a good book o magazine with you, I got so bored of watching CCN for the last 2 days.

Mark what food did you get given was it the bread and salad  for breakfast and dinner and the cup of tea with no milk?

I dont think I will be able to sleep tonight I think I have slept for about 30 hours the last 2 days.

Hi Ollie,
I am glad to hear everything went well. I am really pleased that i have given people the confidence to opt for surgery abroad and that those with limited funds don't need to suffer anymore :) .
What did you have done? Excission and lipo?

Ha ha ha cnn done my head in, lol . But at 8 on a night one of the channels turns into the Jay leno show :) .

Yep, same food.....I liked the dinner , the one with choice of chicken and chips or pork....the soup starter was also nice, but i have to say i wasn't keen on blackcurrent flavoured tea....lol .

Did you go for a walk around Slublice? Cool little place, reminds of the towns James bond gets chased through by lada police cars...lol

I am going back next month for a revision...i am happy with the results so far but i do neet to ave the gland removed.

Keep us posted bud :)

Yeah I went for a walk down to the market but there were only 2 stalls selling clothes.

They said that I would only need lipo I pointed out that the gland was quite large but they said lipo would fix it. I just had a feel and even with the swelling I can still feel the gland.

I will see how I feels in a month and like you may go back if need be.

I must also point out how quick they are when you get there. Was it the same for you? I arrived at 9am on the dot taken straight to my room. 10 mins later had IV put in and blood taken. Another 10 mins and went for consultation. Then anesthesiologist came in had 5 min chat and then straight to surgery. I hadn't prepared myself for it to be so soon after getting there.

The nurses were fantastic and do really look after you. I did have the dinner on friday I couldnt finish it all and even now still dont have my appitite back yet.

Looking forward to how your revision surgery goes Mark and hopefully yours will be sorted once and for all.

God your quick :)

I have some pictures I loaded on my old laptop but trying to find where I saved them.

They only took 300cc out which doesn't seem alot and the gland seems alot larger. When I was having the consoltation he had a feel and said there wasn't much gland there but i've been feeling these babies for the last 10 years and know whats there. But then again he's the expert.

Mental detector didn't go off for me but to be honest I was thinking it might do.

I will take some pics and hunt out the other ones and then get you opinion on it. If you dont mind ;D

Yer sure, i will give you my two pence worth :P .

Mine is def gland....as i stupidly took steroids a few years back, without having the common sense to take an eostrogen blocker :(....which resulted in me getting gynecomastia  :o......but at least in  a few weeks all will be resolved ...lol.
