Please read and help!!!!

Hello, Im 19 years old and Ive had a lump on my left side of my chest since I was about 13. I just dont like the sight of my left pectoral larger than the other, and especially after I started working out hard, it seems to look larger. I went to a dotor when I was younger and he said that it will go away, but it never did. I have no discharge, no gland swelling, or any pain. Should I be affraid? i went to a doctor and he said I should get bloodwork done, see a endocro----- not sure how to spell it, and get a mammogram. This is freaking me out, the moment he started to say tumor, I freaked out. Should I be worried? After I looked up this on the internet and found male breast cancer, I almost lost it.... Please help me out, this is really scareing me and Im never scared. Also, my nipple is puffed out, just so u know. Thanks and looking farward to any advice or help you may hve

Just to add, I am about 5"9 and weight about 156lbs. I never been overweight in my life. Thanks
