Glands, and sadly, you cant work them out, or weight loss them out..

It needs to be taken out by hand via PS.

I wouldn't notice that at all. I say don't waste money on an operation you don't really need, man. But that's just my opinion.

I'ts most likely all in your head.  Most of us here would love to have a flat chest like yours.  But hey, if it bothers you, then it's a problem and finding a solution of some sort is still important for you.
